About Project Management
We provide project management services on capital projects including refurbishments, extensions and new build schemes and can assist in the early stages of a project when design parameters need to be established. We can then develop the client brief and arrange for design team appointments including Architects, Structural engineers and M&E appointments. As an established practice we work in varied sectors including Health Care and Education as well as bespoke projects requiring project management oversite.
Education
Project management from inception to completion for a wide range of projects including classroom refurbishments, extensions, fire upgrading works, new workspaces and glazed partitioned offices.
Hospital corridor refurbishment
Coordination and strip up of existing floor coverings and renewal with hard wearing vinyl surfaces and Postnatal ward redecoration. Refurbishment works to Mental Health facilities and design team management and cost reporting.
Office refurbishment
Office refurbishment with new Cat 3 lighting ceiling grid, raised floor, partitioning and fit out to client requirements.
